Ok inquiring minds want to know.... why is it there is a 70% chance of rain and it is already pouring cats and dogs. A woman would decide it is ok and even cute to wear a little dress and High Ass heels to work??? After all walking into the buildings is quite the task not to mention when you get into most of the buildings the floor is as slick as owl shit. Maybe they have a hot date during lunch.. but come on you really don't have to look so super cute on a rainy ass messy day... relax you aren't being promoted during lunch sista!~~
