There is this disease going around in our hood, so look out it may be headed your way.. I am not sure all the exact symptoms. I just know it all starts when the for sale signs go up and the rumors start that there is money to be made and poof your neighbors disappear... Look for the first signs of the disease in your neighborhood they look like this.....

Whoa! I guess you know when it's time to move on with your family's growing needs, like ours and there are some good deals out there that just can't be passed up!
