Every year we Catholics go thru Lent. For everyone, I am sure it means something different some pass it by, some never blink and eye, some just wait on the rabbit. It is kinda like a "Bring it Home" time a year for me and I love this time of year! It is like a renewal of your faith in god as a catholic you get to clean the slate so to speak and ask for forgiveness of all the uh ohs. Look around and all the flowers are streaching and blooming beautiful colors everywhere. It is like everything is springing up with a new start.My family is healthy for the most part we dont count the sniffles. It just reminds me to be thankful for all that we have been given and remember to give to those who don't have near as much as we do. It is so easy thru out the year to get wrapped up in daily life and forget. You get what you give ... I believe that...
Easter at our house was all about cleaning out and talking about what god did for us. It was a really nice day. Besides our little being sick and my family being so far away..
